You can invite friends to the app by sending them an email link from the add friends page.
Alternatively, they can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If your friend isn’t on the app yet, you can create expenses with a “local placeholder friend” which can then be linked to your friend’s account once they join.
